  • Gather your personal identification documents. Per USPS regulations, to rent a private mailbox, you'll need to provide two forms of ID.
     
  • You'll need one (1) of the following:
    • U.S. State/Territory/Tribal Driver’s License
    • U.S. Nondriver’s ID Card
    • Uniformed Service ID
    • Passport
    • Certificate of Naturalization
    • U.S. Access Card
    • Matricula Consular
    • U.S. Permanent Resident Card
    • U.S. University ID Card
    • NEXUS Card
  • AND one (1) of these documents:
    • U.S. State/Territory/Tribal Driver’s License (if NOT used for Photo ID)
    • U.S. Nondriver’s ID Card (if NOT used for Photo ID)
    • Current Lease for Home Address Home
    • Vehicle Insurance Policy
    • Mortgage or Deed of Trust
    • Vehicle Registration Card
  • For a business mailbox, gather a copy of your business registration document with the State (i.e., your current Statement of Information filing.)
  • Complete our application (but do not sign it!)
  • Bring your completed application and IDs to our store and we'll have you set up and on your way!
